Recently released figures from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) show June 2007 transactions in Illinois increased over May 2007 by 9.7% but were down from June 2006 levels by 17.1%.

Charles Rutenberg Realty results echo those results for 2007. Our transactions for June 2007 exceeded May 2007 by over 33%. But our transactions for June 2007 were up by 16% over June 2006 as well!

It is wild to think that we are very near having had 800 agents join us in the Chicago area. This week an agent just rejoined us. He was originally one of the first 100 agents. He left for what seemed to him to be a better opportunity but now returned. He said it is amazing how many companies now offer similar plans but he rejoined us out of loyalty and because we do what we we say we do. That is refreshing.

Don’t forget our 3 year anniversary on August 9 and know that, when you recommend to other agents that joining CRR is the best choice they can make, they will thank you because this business model is amazing.
